Shipping Methods:

In order to ensure the shipment is dispatched to you safely, we recommend of delivery on DHL and EMS! They are all door to door Express mails.
   DHL: The delivery time is 3-5 Business Days
   EMS: The delivery time is 4-6 Business Days
   China Air Parcel:The delivery time is 10-45 Business Days
   Singapore post:  The delivery time is 10~25 Business days.

Shipping Cost:

1.We have no charge on shipping cost from each customers. That is this is a free shipping shipping site. It's default free shipping by China Post.
2.But we have another more better shipping method option wich are more faster and more safe.But these shipping method need extra shipping fees.
   1). Sinapore post which belongs to small air parcel,but it will be little expensive and more stable and little faster.
   2). EMS and DHL are another options which belongs to express shipping methods. It's a best option when want your orders in short time.
3.Suggestion: For some countries, such as Brazil. Shipping by Singapore Post is advised, which will be more safer but as fast as EMS.

2. Items are generally shipped out within 3 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).
3. Once we ship your package, we will send you available tracking number. Package transmitting time normally takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.
4. It is your responsibility to get the precise customs duty rates. Please note this.

Return & Refund Policy

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hotline, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

General Returns

1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center  and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

4. Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 7 days of customers receiving it,myrolexwatchessale.com will be responsible for exchanging your item. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.

5.Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 3 days after receiving the product, we will return 60% the full price (40% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).
Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
